- Are your services available 24 hours?
Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year. Contact us for your transfer in Kissamos.
- How can i ask for a child seat?
You can ask for a child seat by reservation.( NO extra charge) Please mention the child’s age as well.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
If you don’t find a route in our booking form you can contact us by email at email@example.com and our colleagues will give you all the details about your route.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
You may pay cash to our driver or with a credit card after the transfer.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes of course you can book more than one transfer…On our website, you will find our price list.

Before you travel
- My flight is delayed , should i inform transfer kissamos?
Our company is informed for flight delays so it is not necessary to call us.
- Where will I meet the driver in the Airport?
Our driver will wait at the airport outside of the arrival section with your name displayed on a board.
Once you complete our booking form the driver has the same voucher as you. When you will land at the airport, the driver will be at the arrival hall with a welcome sign where will be written your name or group name.
In the airport of Chania (CHQ) (Ioannis Daskalogiannis) there is just one arrival exit gate.
From Heraklion airport (HER) (Nikos Kazantzakis) there are two exit gates for the arrivals, one after the other 15 meters distance.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
You should remain outside of the arrival hall & give us a call at
tel:+30 6973 729 7414 and our admin team will help you find your driver in the terminal.
* Note: If possible, activate your mobile phone as soon as you arrive at the airport.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
If your group size changed, you can send us the details of change via email to email@example.com
- I’ve just completed the booking form for my reservation, do i need to do anything else?
We will send you a confirmation email for your taxi reservation. Please check this carefully and let us know if any details are incorrect. Please let us know all the necessary details like flight number, contact details etc.
